FAQ - Product

1 、What is the procedure for the returning of my items?

Step 01: send us an email to notify us about the problem you got, with your order number and the reason of return.

Step 02: After that, our customer service consultant will create a return label for you and send to your nominated Email Box. Please check your Email Box after half an hour.

Step 03: Once you have received the return label from us, just simply print it out. And then stick the label on the surface of the item packing box. After that, bring the whole package to your local Aus Post retail shop to post out the item. You wont are being charged for the postage once you present the return label to the counter staff.

Step 04: The delivery time normally will take around 5 – 7 business days from your place to our warehouse. Once we got the damaged item from you, we will test it in order to identify the real problem. If everything is going smoothly, we will process your request (replacement or refund) within 2 business days.

 

2 、If I need more information for a specific product, what should I do?

In general, we will provide a full detail including description, shipping, warranty and other type of information in each product detail page. If you need further information on us about the item, please feel free to send us an Email or give us a call. Our customer service consultants will be happy to help you.

3 、Pick Up is it available?

  Pickup is not available at this moment. However, we can ensure that you will receive the product/s within 5 – 7 business days.

4 、If I purchase more than one items, do I receive any discount on the postage?

Purchase 2 items, you will receive $10 on the combined postage.

Purchase 3 items, you will receive $20 on the combined postage.

Purchase 4 items, you will receive $30 on the combined postage, and so on.

5 、Do you ship to Internationally?

 

Sorry, our service does not cover the area outside Australia. At this moment, our company is only focus on Australia Market.

6 、I found out that some components are missing, What Should I do?

In general, we will dispatch your item within 48 hours after the payment is cleared. Tracking number and delivery detail will be given via Email.
