1 、What is the procedure for the returning of my items?

Step 01: send us an email to notify us about the problem you got, with your order number and the reason of return.
Step 02: After that, our customer service consultant will create a return label for you and send to your nominated Email Box. Please check your Email Box after half an hour.
Step 03: Once you have received the return label from us, just simply print it out. And then stick the label on the surface of the item packing box. After that, bring the whole package to your local Aus Post retail shop to post out the item. You wont are being charged for the postage once you present the return label to the counter staff.
Step 04: The delivery time normally will take around 5 – 7 business days from your place to our warehouse. Once we got the damaged item from you, we will test it in order to identify the real problem. If everything is going smoothly, we will process your request (replacement or refund) within 2 business days.

2 、who pays the postage when returning an item?

All products we selling at Crazyoffer.com.au will come with 30 days Money Back Warranty Plus 60 days Manufacturer warranty. if item is damaged or found to be faulty within this period, we will cover all the postage and cost to fix the problem.

3 、Can I get my money back if I do not want this item any more?

  Buyer is able to claim the money back in the following circumstance.

  •           The item is not in a good working condition.
  •           The physical item is not match with the product description.
  •           The item was being damage during the transit. 

Buyer is not able to claim the money back in the following circumstance.

  •           Item is working fine, but buyer has changed his mind about the product;
  •           Incorrect choice about color and product model
  •           Purchase the same or similar product from someone else at a cheaper price

4 、My item is not working now, but it is still under warranty, how do I claim the warranty?

In this situation, buyer is able to claim a replacement / refund. However, buyer has to notify us about the problem within the first 7 business days. Buyer can Email us / contact us straight away via telephone. We guaranteed that we will give you an answer within 48 hours.

5 、I just received the item, however it is not working at all?

In this situation, please contact us straight away and write down the problem in full detail with some photos of the faulty parts. We guaranteed that we will give you a response within 48 hours.

6 、what should I do if my item was being damaged during the shipping time?

In some unexpected event, product packaging could be damaged during transit. if any defects in the actual item, we will take all responsibilities for the defects during the warranty period. However, packaging damage is not included in warranty.
